Daniel Falcucci is a Eastman Meyler, PC as an expungement and firearms restoration attorney. Mr. Falcucci previously worked at the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office as a certified intern for the State of Pennsylvania. Mr. Falcucci obtained his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, and graduated from Temple University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Production.

Maro Petkovich, Jr.
Maro Petkovich, Jr. received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Louisiana State University in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from Louisiana State University Law Center in 2011. Maro previously worked for more than five years as a creditors’ rights attorney and then an insurance defense attorney. During that time he gained considerable courtroom experience while successfully representing various Fortune 500 companies. He has been operating his own practice since 2016 where he primarily focuses on bankruptcy, personal injury/workers’ compensation, and commercial litigation. He also handles some criminal defense and family law matters. Maro is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Maro is a devoted husband and father, and in his spare time he enjoys woodworking, outdoor activities, and maintaining ties to the Croatian-American community.
Andrew Leone began his legal career as a prosecutor in Florida, where he eventually was promoted to the prestigious Sex Crimes/Child Abuse Unit. After moving to Minnesota, Andrew opened his own Criminal Defense firm, Leone Legal, PA. In 2014, in addition to his own firm, Andrew began working as the Supervising Attorney in the Minnesota office of a national personal injury firm. Now, Andrew is proud to serve in an Of Counsel capacity for Eastman Meyler, PC.
Yousef M. Faroniya, Attorney at Law, was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Yousef attended Ohio University where he was one of ten Templeton Scholars in his class, graduating on a full scholarship with a bachelor’s degree from the E.W Scripps School of Journalism.
After attaining his degree, Yousef attended Capital University Law School where he graduated with a double concentration in Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. While in law school, Yousef was honored for his work in the public sector, receiving Pro Bono Legal Honors.
David Copp has made Chicago his home for more than a decade. He has practiced with several Chicago law firms in the areas of with Real Estate transactions, condominium associations and zoning and housing code enforcement, civil litigation, criminal defense and expungement, and FDCPA matters in the Northern District of Illinois. David is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law.
Antranig Garibian maintains an active litigation practice throughout the state and federal courts of Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Mr. Garibian represents and advises individuals and businesses on matters involving commercial contracts, insurance coverage, liability claims, corporate governance, loss prevention and general business matters. Mr. Garibian frequently writes articles and speaks at seminars on a wide array of emerging legal issues. He is a graduate of Princeton University and Temple University School of Law.
J D Haas
J D Haas began his legal career by representing defendants and insurance companies in lawsuits. By 1991, he had tried a sufficient number of cases such that he could take the examination tests necessary to be recognized as a “Nationally Board Certified Trial Lawyer” by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has passed those tests and has held that prestigious honor continuously since 1991. In 1996, J D stopped representing insurance companies and began to represent families who had family members killed or seriously injured by others.
Andrew Homan has extensive experience in law and government in Indiana and nationally. Prior to starting his own full service law firm, Homan Legal, Mr. Homan was an aide to two members of Congress, served as Deputy Director of the Indiana Bar Foundation, and served for two years as in-house counsel to a national corporation. He currently serves in an Of Counsel capacity for Eastman & Meyler, PC, leading its criminal expungement practice in Indiana. Mr. Homan is licensed to practice in Indiana including the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Rogelio Tamayo – Paralegal
Rogelio is from Brownsville, Texas. He studied Criminal Justice at the University of Texas at Brownsville. He has over five years of experience as a paralegal in the areas of criminal, immigration, consumer protection and family law. Rogelio is fluent in Spanish.
Adam Corrigan – Paralegal
Adam has done extensive work in the Financial Services Industry with Janus Mutual Funds and Charles Schwab. He holds or has held Series 6, 7 and 63 securities licenses. Adam comes to us from corporate America and has worked with other large companies such as NRG Energy, Green Mountain Energy and Dell Computers.
Matt James – Paralegal
Matt has an extensive background in both sales and marketing and has helped to build several successful sales organizations from the ground up. Matt is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a huge Longhorns sports fan, loves live music, and enjoys cooking for family and friends in his spare time.
Elizabeth Rangel – Paralegal
Elizabeth recently graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration with a minor in writing. She enjoys giving back to the community and spends her time volunteering with multiple non-profit organizations such as PAWS Shelter of Central Texas, TreeKids in New Braunfels, and Bobcat Build in San Marcos.
Attorney Robert Haertel graduated from WMU Cooley Law School is 2013 and is an Active Attorney in the Michigan State Bar and both Michigan Federal Districts as well as Tax Court. He lives in Northern Michigan and often enjoys traveling the state to represent clients from as far as “down state” all the way through the Upper Peninsula.
